Executive Board
The General Meeting of the members is the body which rules all the affairs of the Association. To coordinate the activities and manage the operative and administrative issues related to the Association's work, the members of the Association elect an Executive Board, which is responsible for the general management of the Association. The period of office of the members of the Executive Board shall be two years, renewable with a maximum of total four years.
The Executive Board consist in at least 4 people and a maximum of 6, who are responsible for the 6 key functions for the management of the Association: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Activities, Information Management and External Relations.
The present YEAR Executive Board was elected during the second YEAR General Meeting, held in Paris, France, at the 5th May 2008, at the presence of representatives of the Member Organisations.

The operation of the Executive Board may be assisted by an Advisory Board comprising senior advisors and/or previous members of the Association's Executive Board, elected by the Executive Board.
