General Meeting

The affairs of the Association are governed by the General Meeting of the Members, which is held at least once a year. It establishes the general policy of the Association giving guidelines and overseeing the management of the Association by the Executive Board, whose members are elected by the Members during the meeting.

The General Meeting approves the annual budget of the Association and has the power to ratify admission of new members.

The first YEAR General Meeting was held in Munich, Germany, from the 2nd to the 4th May 2007. It ratified the Association's statutes, appointed the Executive Board and Financial Controllers of the Association and set the priorities and goals for the current YEAR.

The second YEAR General Meeting was held in Antwerp, Belgium, on the 22nd May 2008. The executive board was discharged of liability concerning year 2007. Two new board members were installed. The operational plan and budget for 2008 was approved.
