Human factors in teams

Managing human factors in teams: Relations, power and globalisation.

26th May – 2nd June 2010, Trondheim

We cordially invite you to CREATE 2010, the fourth and last International Training on Research Management, which will be held in Trondheim, Norway, 26th May – 2nd June 2010. This year the theme is managing human factors in complex project settings. The main topics will be globalised teams, intra- and intergroup mechanisms and relations, power relationships and leadership in teams.

Being conscious about, knowing about and understanding human factors in teams, from our cognitive functioning to group processes, is crucial for successful team progression and results. It also is of valuable help when it comes to understanding the perspectives and reactions of your team colleagues – it makes you able to translate what they say into meaningful input for you, and vice versa.

And likewise organisations will benefit from the development of their young employees. In addition a major purpose of CREATE is networking, and thus the social program has been given equal emphasis as the training.
